This qualification is designed for those taking an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration. It reflects the skills and knowledge required of people working in a Business Administration role.

It is also ideal for non-apprentices wanting to evidence both knowledge and competence in their given Business Administration role.

All units will be assessed using the verified model.


  1. Combined qualification containing both knowledge and competence units
  2. To be included in the Intermediate Apprenticeship Framework
  3. Based on revised Business and Administration National Occupational Standards (NOS)
  4. Developed in collaboration with Skills CfA, the sector body for Business Administration.
